We stand behind our handmade goods and inspect each of them to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
